Our Satisfaction Promise
Because our gift baskets contain perishable and carefully curated items — much like a bouquet of flowers — we are not able to accept physical returns once an order has been delivered. However, this does not mean you are ever left without recourse.
If your order arrived damaged, was missing items, or simply didn't live up to the occasion, please reach out to us. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation and ensure you and your recipient feel taken care of.

How to Report an Issue
Something went wrong? Here's all you need to do:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can help — and since our products are perishable, acting quickly helps us find the best solution for you.

Our gift baskets are designed to delight upon arrival, much like fresh flowers. To help ensure the best experience, please keep in mind:
Perishable contents should be enjoyed promptly after delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed pickup, improper storage after delivery, or delivery to an unattended location over an extended period. If you have concerns about a delivery address or timing, please contact us before placing your order — we're happy to help plan it right.
We also cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to an order once it has entered the fulfillment process, as preparation often begins shortly after purchase.
