Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Ground Shipping

Standard delivery via ground carrier. Estimated transit time varies by destination.

2-Day Shipping

Expedited delivery. Transit time of approximately 2 business days after shipment.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin upon shipment, not upon order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Where We Deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States (Lower 48 states). Please review the table below before placing your order.

All 48 contiguous states — from Maine to California, Florida to Washington. If it's on the mainland US map, we ship there.

✕ We do not currently deliver to

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, etc.), PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and international destinations.

If your delivery address falls outside the Continental US, your order cannot be completed at checkout. We hope to expand our delivery zones in the future — stay tuned!


Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple — and mostly free. Most of our gift baskets qualify for complimentary ground shipping.

The vast majority of our gift baskets are priced above $30, so most customers enjoy free ground shipping automatically — no coupon needed.


Order Processing & Same-Day Shipment

We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day may be eligible for same-day shipment, though this is not guaranteed.

Our target is to ship 97% of all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Processing may be delayed due to high order volume, inventory availability, holidays, or other operational factors. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link you can use to follow your package in real time. Simply click the link to see the latest status and estimated delivery date directly on the carrier's website.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after your order has shipped. If you have not received your tracking link or cannot locate it, please contact our customer service team and we will resend it promptly.

Keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder) for your shipping confirmation email — your tracking link will be included there automatically.


Lost or Missing Package

We understand how frustrating it is when a package doesn't arrive. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order — or if your package appears stuck in transit — here's what to do:

Check your tracking link. Confirm the status and delivery address shown. Sometimes packages are marked delivered a few hours before they physically arrive, or left with a neighbor or building office.

Wait 24 hours. Carrier scans can occasionally be premature. If the package doesn't turn up within one business day of the delivery scan, move to the next step.

Contact us. Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and tracking information. We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf immediately.

We make it right. Once the investigation is complete — or in clear-cut cases, sooner — we will issue a replacement shipment or a full refund. Your satisfaction is never in question.

Lost package claims must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address if reported after this window.


Order Fulfillment & Third-Party Partners

To ensure the best possible availability and service, some orders may be fulfilled by our trusted third-party fulfillment partners on our behalf. Regardless of the fulfillment source, all products are subject to our quality standards and this shipping policy. Your experience and satisfaction remain our full responsibility.


Delivery Issues & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or in an unacceptable condition, we want to make it right.

To request a refund due to a delivery issue, please contact our customer service team and include the following with your claim:

Photos

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s), including any damaged packaging.

Videos

A short video showing the condition of the package and contents upon receipt, where applicable.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Once we review your submitted documentation, we will work with you promptly to issue a refund or arrange a suitable resolution. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your financial institution.

We reserve the right to assess each claim individually. Submitting fraudulent or misleading documentation may result in denial of the claim and suspension of future orders.


Limitation of Liability

Our liability with respect to any shipment is limited to the purchase price of the items in that order. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, carrier errors, or events beyond our reasonable control. All delivery timeframes communicated are good-faith estimates and do not constitute a guarantee.
